Excavation Equipment Operator

Local General Contracting/Excavation company looking for reliable and trustworthy equipment operators who are not afraid of some manual labor.
Work includes some site work, foundations, grading, electric services, plumbing, loading dump trucks and more.

Ideal candidate would have equipment operating experience and ability to read cut sheets/excavation plans.
Some local work and majority near Frederick and surrounding areas.
Company vehicles and transportation provided from central pick up location.
Paid vacation based on tenure.
Manual labor is required by all employees including operators.
*Requirements for General Laborer:* Must have valid drivers license and be able to pass drug test and physical Must be able to perform manual labor Must be willing to learn *Additional Requirements for Operator:* Must be able to tow a trailer with equipment (Under CDL) Must be able to work with crew as well as solo *Additional Preferences:* Ability to work 40+ hours including Weekends when needed Conduit and/or plumbing experience a plus Good personal skills a plus Competitive pay rate based on experience and ability.
