*Production Team Members *work as part of an assembly team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors.
The laborer is assigned to a team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.
*Location: Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 pm to 6:30 am
* Team members receive (2) 10 minute paid breaks and (1) 30 minute unpaid break
* OT Sunday or Sunday as needed
*What is the job?*
* Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
* Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.
* Ability to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions on the assembly line.
* Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
* Regular, dependable attendance.
* Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
* Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (heavy lifting)
*Experience needed:*
* At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, construction, factory work, production lines, remodeling, etc.
* Being able to lift repeatively 80-100 lbs
