Alpha Space Control is the proud leader in the industry of application of highway and parking lot markings (striping the traffic lines on the road).
We are currently seeking dedicated team members to join our rapidly growing striping company and want to contribute to our purpose of providing safer roads through quality service.
This will be a seasonal position (April to November) depending on weather and production.
*POSITION SUMMARY: *
We are looking for an Experienced Paint Truck Foreman who has a strong desire to learn our operation standards, to make good decisions on the fly and to move forward in a safe manner and exhibiting leadership skills while working with their crew and company team members.
Required skills include the ability to read blueprints, maintaining a valid CDL license and the ability to troubleshoot problems and maintain good, safe traffic conditions.

Operations Manager
*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*
· Supervise crew operations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Train and coach production employees.
· Assist Management in conducting employee performance reviews as requested.
· Responsible for shift schedule to include, but not limited; work assignments/rotations, employee breaks-employee rotations and interacting with customer representatives.
· Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
· Responsible for meeting shift production goals.
· Responsible for quality control, adjusting as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications.
Reject product outside of specifications.
· Operate within all company standards and operating procedures.
· Basic working knowledge and ability to read job orders, blueprints, and other job-related documents.
· Communicate with other Supervisors, Project Managers and Management.
· Ensure a clean and safe work area.
· Complete and submit all paperwork on time in accordance with company policies.
· Assist in production.
· Ensure ALL tools and equipment are accounted for at all times and are cleaned and maintained to guarantee peak operational performance.
· Oversee, ensure, and assist crews in loading and unloading all materials as required and securing the loads in accordance with all local, state, and federal requirements.
· Ensure all waste materials are properly always disposed of.
· Ensure crew members always wear the required PPE for the task.
· Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, stand, sit and/ or bend for long durations.
· Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time, serving as an example to their assigned employees.
· Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Training will be paid for by the company.
· Lots of overtime.
· Prevailing Wage Projects.
· Per diem while traveling.
· We pay for all overnight lodging.
