*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and energetic individual for the position of Production Manager at our Waynesboro, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility.
This role is integral to our team's success.
The Production Manager will oversee all facets of efficient production for our prefabricated booths, emphasizing teamwork coordination, team development, and productivity management.
Key responsibilities include expertise in team management, productivity analysis, schedule execution, corrective actions, continuous improvement projects, and waste elimination.
The ideal candidate is someone who possesses at least 5 years of leadership experience in similar manufacturing roles; has familiarity with Lean Six Sigma; has knowledge of OSHA rules; and has a degree in business, manufacturing management, industrial engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience and formal training.

The position is based out of our Waynesboro, PA facility, and reports to the Director of Operations.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Lead the manufacturing and shipping of all prefabricated booths at the Waynesboro, PA facility.
* Provide strong leadership to the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Develop and oversee factory employee training to enhance productivity, ensure safe operations, and promote profitability.
* Continuously develop shop floor leadership.
* Manage factory floor productivity.
* Collaborate with Supply Chain to plan and execute the production schedule.
* Maintain facilities and assets in the factory.
* Ensure in-process quality control for high-quality and accurate shipments.
* Collaborate with HR on shop floor personnel management.
* Enforce all safety policies on the production floor.
* Facilitate communication between management and employees to ensure understanding and adherence to company policies.
* Maintain the flow of resources like raw materials, ensuring proper and efficient use for timely production item delivery.
* Maintain inventory control through KanBan, cycle counts, and Min/Max inventory management.
* Collaborate with other operations team members and subordinates on system failure root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Coach, train, and mentor direct and indirect reports on the Guardian Booth Business Operating System.
* Work with the Director of Operations to deploy and implement Lean Six Sigma tools.
*The ideal candidate will have:*
* Bachelor’s degree in business or manufacturing management, industrial engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience and formal training.
* Proven experience in team leadership roles within a factory environment.
* Practical application of Lean/Six Sigma principles highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in working with a certified quality assurance system.
* Hands-on experience with ERP software and spreadsheets.
* Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a must for this position.
* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to stand for extended periods on solid surfaces.
* Capability to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
