Golf Shop Associate

*Available: *Hiring immediately to start April 1 Position will be through the end of the 2024 golf season, and beginning again in the spring.
We are looking to hire a part-time associate to work the golf shop.
Require open availability for 20 hrs / week.
*Requirements:* * Outgoing with a commitment to customer service * Willing to learn all aspects of the golf business * Self motivated individual who shows the ability to work well in a team environment * Basic computer skills * *Responsibilities: * * Assist Head Professional in all areas of the golf operation * Check golfers in for tee times * Assist in tournament and league operations * Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere for the patrons in the golf shop, and on the course * Open and/or close clubhouse *Benefits: * * Playing and practice privileges * Clothing, equipment and food discounts Job Types: Part-time Experience: * Computer Skills: 2 years (Preferred) * Retail: 2 years (Preferred) * Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Working days: * Monday * Tuesday * Wednesday * Thursday * Friday * Saturday * Sunday Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 20 per week Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Weekly day range: * Monday to Friday * Rotating weekends * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
