Responsible for providing support to the Retail Services Operations Manager in carrying out the Division's sales, service, and operations initiatives; ensuring the division's resources pertaining to operating policies and procedures are kept up-to-date; performing various administrative duties; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; and, providing reports.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.
Provides support to the Retail Services Operations Manager in carrying out the Division's sales, service, and operations initiatives of which the following are illustrative:
Assist with Operations Efficiency Reviews.
Collaborates with supervisors in the bank's operational departments to prepare agendas and co-facilitate monthly Operations Conference Calls.
Maintains the Operations Manual and Product Manual, including updating and communicating changes on a timely basis as necessary.
Serves as an administrator for CETO cash controls and provides support for community office cash ordering.
Serves as an active member of designated meetings, as well as other task forces, committees or teams, as necessary.
Assists with review of monthly community office audits and assessments.
Serves as a liaison for the community office network to resolve problems that arise.

Performs various administrative duties for the Chief Retail Services Officer, Retail Operations Manager, and/or Retail Regional Market Managers.

Communicates with the Retail Services Operations Manager and interfaces with other department managers and appropriate staff personnel in order to integrate goals and activities.

Creates, prepares and analyzes reports to be used by the Chief Retail Services Officer, Regional Market Managers, Retail Services Operations Manager, and President and CEO as well as various committees and other groups as required throughout the bank.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, as well as specialized banking education and training related to community banking.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in related positions typically required.
Previous experience with personal computers, Word and Excel software and office equipment is also required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must possess a working knowledge of banking operations and products that impact the retail sales, customer service, and operations functions.
Also required are strong communication and collaboration skills; and above-average organizational and project management skills.
Must have the ability to deal tactfully and efficiently with fellow bank employees and customers.
Must be able to work at a pace that ensures that established deadlines are met.
