Determines / understands customer equipment needs through questioning and qualifying: provides alternative equipment suggestions to customers, if appropriate based upon information obtained and comprehensive knowledge of all equipment available.
Answer incoming rental phone calls.
Write and maintain contracts / reservations and payments.
Check rentals in/out each day.
Assure reserved equipment is available and operational.
Assist the rental manager in scheduling deliveries and pickups.
Train customers on proper use of rental equipment.
Load and unload rental equipment
Assist customers in all areas of the store as needed.
$12 -$15 / hour
