As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while assisting them with their inquiries and purchases.
Responsibilities: ● Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing assistance as needed.
● Maintain a tidy and organized store environment, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
● Assist customers in locating specific items and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
● Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
● Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional manner.
● Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold company standards.
● Contribute to the overall success of the market house by actively participating in team meetings and offering feedback for improvement.
Qualifications: ● Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
● Passion for vintage items and a keen eye for detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
● Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
