ReStore Associate, Truck Assistant

· Responsible for assisting in the pick-up of merchandise from donors, safely packing donations in the ReStore Truck, returning to the ReStore and unloading and organizing donations at the ReStore or appropriate storage area.
- Responsible for driving a 16ft box truck when needed to pick-up donated items.
· Responsible for assisting customers with all their shopping needs including assisting customers in the selection, demonstration, preparation and loading of merchandise.
· Responsible for responding to customer inquiries throughout their shopping experience.
· Act as a positive customer service representative and create a friendly, helpful atmosphere.
· Assist donors with drop-off items and furnish donor with receipt.
· Ensure all items donated are priced in accordance the ReStore pricing guidelines.
· Coordinate/cooperate with volunteers, making their experience meaningful.
· Display merchandise in a safe, attractive manner.
· Operate cash register and help at check out when needed.
· Attend to ReStore housekeeping as needed.
