This position is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a retail operation.
Duties include providing leadership and direction to store employees, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience and performing operational activities throughout the store.
_*Schedule:*_A combination of Day Shifts, Evening Shifts, and Weekends.
Some Holidays are required.
_*Responsibilities:*_
It is essential that you be available, adaptable, and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements.
This position is required to perform a combination of the following duties during their day:
* As a Keyholder you are responsible for assisting Store Management in store operations including: driving sales and profit, customer loyalty, planning, prioritization, and delegating of daily tasks.
* Supervise and manage daily store operations in Store Manager or Assistant Manager's absence.
* Perform Opening/Closing procedures.
* Transport and make deposits to the bank.
* Resolve customer complaints/issues and ensure the customer has a positive experience.
* Lead freight movement and inventory control.
* Train employees on the appropriate application of policies and procedures.
* Operate cash register/computer
* Adhere to loss prevention standards and respond to any alarm calls as needed.
* Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties.
_*Requirements:*_
* Valid Driver's License
* Open availability
* Ability to move and transfer merchandise, weighing up to 40 pounds, throughout the store.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
* Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
* Have sharp organizational skills and attention to detail.
