Rehoming Australian Terrier Mix

Pilot is a mix - unsure exactly of what breeds, I believe he is Australian shepherd mixed with terrier.
He will be 5 years old, he is neutered.
He comes from a home with small kids, and other pets.
Very gentle, does jump a lot though and can be energetic.
He’s from a home with animals and small kids.
He loves treats and riding in the car.
Pilot’s fur does need attention as he is matted and will not let me take care of it.
He’s about 30 lbs, up to date on shots.
