The FFFX Client Success Manager (CSM), under the direction of the FFFX General Manager, is responsible for interfacing with and facilitating the best possible client experience, maintaining the FFFX brand, and staying industry relevant.

Ideating with clients in terms of concept design and production vision
Exploring and staying relevant with current marketing and industry trends
Modeling and stewarding the business and the FFFX brand positively

Responsible for interacting, interviewing, and consulting with current and prospected clients via email, telephone inquiries, and meetings to determine clients’ needs
Responsible for servicing and expanding customer base through prospecting and networking at various events - Travels to competition sites, venues, and trade shows acting as the
company’s representative, as defined by the General Manager (GM)
Identifies events that could prove to be beneficial to the business
Responsible for performing administrative tasks to manage project workflows
Data and order entry, as needed
Responsible for creating and submitting estimates for current and prospected clients
Processing orders using predefined specification forms
Consulting with clients giving recommended design direction
Responsible for reviewing internal and external proofs to meet design notes and client expectations
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) making recommendations on designs and project notes for CSM
Responsible for developing and pitching new marketing campaigns to help grow target audiences
Responsible for maintaining social media pages via campaigns and relevant content
Stays involved with current social media and market trends
If needed, manages social media pages during off hours to increase engagement
Responsible for orchestrating and developing new products and services with the FFFX Team through brainstorming and collaborative efforts
Maintains integral relationships with internal team members through trust, respect, and shared knowledge
Remains logical and compassionate to other points of views, while exercising good judgment in the evaluation of new strategies
Represents the company with a high level of professionalism and creativity
As needed, assist with and coordinates video shoots establishing production guidelines relevant to marketing campaigns

Additional Skills Needed to Support CSM Role
Introductory level maintenance/updates to website
Schedule regular emailer campaigns
Further social media engagement (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
)
Continuing education on marketing and organizational practices (LinkedIn Learning, etc.
)
POC for Sales Reps – Help increase their overall breadth and revenue
Identify additional business opportunities
Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED preferred and/or three to six months experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Up to 25% travel.
