_*UNPAID VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY*_ _*Opportunity available within the state of Pennsylvania*_ Youth and Young Adult Engagement Lead Position * Support our Red Cross clubs (middle school through college students) * A Red Cross Club is an extension of a local Red Cross region where you’ll be able to serve the community with your friends while supporting the mission of the American Red Cross * We have approximately 20 clubs across the Greater Pennsylvania region * Available during business hours * Commits to 5-10 hours a week * Mainly virtual, but can be hybrid if located in PA Rivers or Central PA chapters * Comfortable with or willing to learn Outlook, volunteer connection (our volunteer management platform), video calling via Microsoft Teams and Zoom * Experience working with youth is a plus but not required * Comfortable speaking with a group * Some primary responsibilities: * Correspond with club leaders and advisors * Help answer questions on Red Cross and volunteer connection * Correspond as needed with other lines of service; serve as a liaison with clubs and lines of service To get started as a Red Cross volunteer, please visit: https://volunteerconnection.
