OVERVIEW:
The position is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Bank’s loan services function and achieving its overall business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
Perform as a team leader for the loan services team by:
entering new loans on system;
reviewing daily reports and maintenance as needed; and,
ensuring all loan documents are received and administered in a timely manner
Verifying the accuracy of new loan data;
Reviewing loan files and obtaining the required documentation;
Adjusting loan rates as applicable;
Processing loan disbursements;
Preparing loan modification and supplemental agreements;
Processing adjustable-rate mortgage letters;
Reconciling and paying monthly bills to insurance companies;
Reviewing and preparing customer notices, statements and other loan-related communications; and,
Assisting with special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
A high school diploma or GED;
Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills;
Proficient mathematics and analytical skills;
Proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills;
Proficient computer skills including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
Technical supervisory skills sufficient to provide guidance and training to subordinates; and
Visual and auditory skills.
Preferred:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related position.
