Your mission
We are seeking a talented and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our team and drive HR initiatives across our Tools & Attachments sites in US & Canada.
This role is integral to fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR processes with organizational goals.
This position will support our entities in PC Fort Loudon, PC Kronenwetter and PC Langley.
In collaboration with General Managers and together with the HRBP located in each facility, you will lead the HR agenda in the forefront, proactively engaging with managers and employees to secure a strong, innovative, and resilient company today and for the future.
The role
With our Epiroc vision ‘Dare To Think New’ in mind, key focus areas in the role are to:
Collaborate with General Managers to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
Act as a strategic partner to the HRBP team, providing guidance and support in implementing HR initiatives.
Oversee and coordinate HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Ensure consistency in HR policies and procedures across all sites within the region.
Conduct regular assessments of HR practices to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Serve as a point of contact for escalated employee relations issues and provide guidance to resolve conflicts effectively in other divisional roles in the region.
Collaborate with the divisional HR to implement corporate HR initiatives and contribute to the development of regional HR strategies.
Support and lead the integration of acquired companies together with the division.
The role reports to the VP People & Leadership, with a dotted line to local General Managers.
The position is ideally located in Fort Loudon, PA, US and will require some travel, mainly within US & Canada.

You have a university degree within Human Resources, Organisational Management or similar.
You have a solid HR experience with at least 10 years from broad HR roles, where of at least 5 years’ experience from leading an HR function, creating tangible business results.
From previous roles, you have well developed skills in how to connect global HR strategies, business strategies and setting the roadmap for the local entities.
