We are currently searching for one *full-time Multi-Site Community Director* to join our team in the Chambersburg / Shippensburg market.
This position will allow you to utilize your leadership, customer service and multi tasking skills to the fullest.
A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months of employment.

*Role and Responsibilities:* * Oversee overall operation of the property.
* Manage and lead a team within the thriving western PA Region.
* Rent collection and landlord filings.
* Processing applications.
* Customer service.
* Data Entry.
* Accounts payable/receivable.
* Vendor contract management.
* Budget preparation.
*Requirements:* * Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
* PA Real Estate License is preferred or obtain within 6 months.
* Excellent customer service and sales skills.
* Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
* High School Diploma/GED.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
00 - $55,000.
