* Oversee and manage ecommerce operations, ensuring inventory is well-maintained, packages are dispatched promptly, and areas are organized efficiently.
* Negotiate with contractors for maintenance and grounds work, ensuring the upkeep of our facilities to the highest standards.
* Develop engaging content for promotional materials, social media, and online platforms, showcasing our unique offerings and attracting new visitors.
* Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction, actively seeking feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
*Qualifications:*
* Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles and event management is essential.
