Supported Employment Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Supported Employment Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one career counseling and guidance to individuals seeking employment - Assess clients' skills, interests, and goals to develop personalized career plans - Mentor and coach clients on job search strategies, resume writing, interview skills, and networking - Assist clients in identifying potential job opportunities and connecting them with employers - Stay up-to-date with current employment labor laws and regulations - Collaborate with community organizations and employers to develop partnerships and job placement opportunities - Work with individuals with disabilities to address specific challenges they may face in the workforce - Provide support and counseling to individuals experiencing barriers to employment - Educate clients on available resources, training programs, and educational opportunities - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress Skills: - Strong mentoring and coaching skills - Knowledge of recruiting strategies and techniques - Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations - Understanding of working with individuals with disabilities - Excellent interviewing skills to assess clients' needs and goals - Ability to educate clients on various career options and pathways - Compassionate and empathetic approach towards working with individuals facing challenges in their careers We offer competitive compensation packages for this position.
