The CEO provides guidance and direction to the management team and staff, ensuring a high quality of service.
Examples of duties include contract development/negotiation, budget development, hiring/termination of staff, program development and oversight, community advocacy, policy development, policy enforcement, monitoring income and expenses, and communicating with the Board of Directors.
Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience supervising staff, developing and monitoring a budget, organization skills, and problem-resolution skills.
The CEO position is full-time, salaried, and exempt.
