*What we are looking for:*
The Technician Supervisor, assists our Managing Veterinarian and Hospital Manager in the hiring, development, training, and ongoing performance assessment of our technical staff.
They demonstrate excellent veterinary medical knowledge and technical skill and have the ability and demeanor to share that knowledge and skill with others.
They are a vital member of our Hospital Leadership Team and participate in bi-weekly Team Lead meetings and monthly Full Team meetings to help shape the future of our business.

*Requirements for this position include:*
CVT with active Pennsylvania license is required.
Five years' work experience as a Veterinary Technician is preferred.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job—work requires lifting, carrying, and restraining animals, ability to independently lift animals up to 50lbs, and standing/squatting/kneeling for extended periods of time.
Must be 18 years old or older and a graduate of an accredited veterinary technology program.
