the first pay period after successful 30-day orientation period* *Description of Responsibilities:* *Break Coverage* Supervise clients during morning and lunch break periods.
Assist clients as needed to open packages and containers.
Monitor and ensure appropriate interpersonal interactions providing guidance and redirection as needed.
Responsible for cleaning tables between each break period and sweeping the floor after the last break.
Ensure communication of any and all client issues is made to both the program specialist as well as clients assigned floor supervisor.
*SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES*: Supervise clients in work centers as assigned.
Assist department managers and business department staff with clerical duties or other tasks, as assigned.
Clerical duties may include filing, data entry, answering phones, greeting/screening guests, etc.
*General* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, OSI management, and OSI staff through positive, professional communications and behavior.
Provide assigned clients with continuous supervision including enforcement of OSI rules, including strict adherence to safety guidelines.
Model good work behaviors and habits by adhering to employer expectations, rules, and policies, including following prescribed work/ break schedules.
Immediately report client incidents to supervisor and promptly report other behavioral, health, or work performance changes to the client’s Program Specialist.
Document ALL changes/concerns on daily client notes, completing Incident Reports as directed.
Responsible for receiving and documentation of twenty-four hours of appropriate staff training.
Must obtain and maintain certification in First Aid/CPR.
Responsible for appropriate use and care of assigned electronic devices and for reporting problems promptly.
Report any safety issues immediately to manager.
Completes any additional assigned tasks to meet OSI business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $14.
